Een bestelauto die doorlopend afwisselend wordt gebruikt door verschillende werknemers, levert deze werknemers geen bijtelling op vanwege het priv\u00e9gebruik. Dit geldt echter niet voor de ondernemer zelf.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

Bijtelling<\/h2>\n

Een auto die aan een werknemer ter beschikking staat, levert een bijtelling op vanwege het priv\u00e9gebruik. Alleen als de auto aantoonbaar niet meer dan 500 kilometer priv\u00e9 per jaar wordt gebruikt, vervalt de bijtelling. De bijtelling geldt ook voor bestelauto’s, waarbij wordt uitgegaan van de prijs inclusief bpm en btw.<\/p>\n

Doorlopend afwisselend gebruik<\/h2>\n

Voor een bestelauto die doorlopend afwisselend door verschillend werknemers wordt gebruikt, geldt de bijtelling niet. Daarbij is vereist dat door het afwisselende gebruik het vaststellen van het priv\u00e9gebruik problematisch is. In plaats van de bijtelling moet de werkgever per bestelauto \u20ac 300 belasting betalen via de eindheffing.<\/p>\n

Niet voor ondernemer<\/h2>\n

Voor ondernemers in de inkomstenbelasting vervalt de bijtelling bij deze auto’s niet automatisch. Ze zijn immers geen werknemer en kunnen de bestelauto voor priv\u00e9ritten gebruiken.<\/p>\n

Tip:<\/span>de ondernemer die aan de bijtelling voor een dergelijke auto wil ontkomen, zal moeten kunnen aantonen dat hij de auto in het jaar niet meer dan 500 kilometer priv\u00e9 heeft gebruikt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
